Claire is a Principal Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the NHS.
Claire provides an integrative approach to therapy, tailored to the needs of each individual. Claire draws from a diverse range of psychological models, including Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), alongside specialist training in EMDR and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Claire believes in a neuro-affirming approach and provides adult ADHD assessments and reports.

Availability
Claire offers therapy sessions on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Sessions are available both online and in person at our Crosby, Liverpool office. Claire works flexibly and may be able to accommodate other times. Please enquire using the contact form to discuss suitable appointment times.
Fees and Funding
£125 per session
Claire accepts clients insured through BUPA and AVIVA.

Chris is a Cognitive Analytic Therapist and Mental Health Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience in the NHS.
Previous Clinical Lead of Specialist NHS Personality Disorder services.
Chris specialises in helping individuals make sense of recurring problematic patterns in relationships, difficulties regulating emotions, and long-standing issues related to past events. Whilst using the Cognitive Analytic Therapy model, Chris draws on specialist training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), DBT for complex PTSD, EMDR, CFT, and Psychodynamic Interpersonal Therapy (PIT).
