Dr Sarah Garvin
Principal Clinical Psychologist

Sarah is a Principal Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience in the NHS. She has worked in a variety of mental and physical health settings, including specialist neuro rehabilitation services.
Sarah believes in a collaborative approach to therapy, providing interventions based on individual needs and preferences. She draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), and third-wave therapy approaches such as Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Sarah has extensive experience supporting people who’ve experienced traumatic events, particularly those resulting in significant injury or enduring physical health problems; she is currently working towards a Masters in Neuropsychology.

Availability
Sarah offers evening and some weekday sessions, both online and in person at our base in Crosby, Liverpool.
Fees and Funding
£125 per session
Sarah accepts clients funded through BUPA
